Our Safety Approach

At Adams Bros. Concrete our #1 goal is to conduct our daily work as safely as possible. We accomplish this goal through the dedication and commitment of all teammates to always be as safe as possible. We are committed to the training and development of all teammates through completion of several types of training. We focus on being proactive, not reactive. All teammates have Stop Work Authority and are encouraged to use it.

Our Safety Training

Adams Bros. Concrete utilizes a full-time Environmental Health & Safety Manager and Field Safety Representative who is responsible for the overall compliance of the safety program. Adams Bros. Concrete provides an extensive off-season annual safety training program.

  • OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Certification
  • Annual Bloodborne Pathogen Training
  • Adult First Aid/CPR/ AED
  • Hazard Communication
  • Annual Hazmat Update Training
  • Confined Space Training
  • Fire Safety/Extinguisher Training
